Hi!

I have a newly opened Paypal account. I am trying to send an email to request money but whenever I try to send the request email, I keep getting a pop up.  Please help. The currency is dollars and I have an Indian account.

"There's a problem with your account. Please visit our Help Centre so we can help you resolve this quickly.
