I made my PayPal account and I setup everything bank account verified and email verified information like Pan card verified all set but still when someone wants to send me payment then it says "This recipient is currently unable to receive payments" kinda like that, so why is this happening please help.

I did all this,email verified, bank account is set, every documents was provided and verified and all is set but still when some one try to send me money it still shows that message, whether he send me through PayPal.me or directly by email.

Only you can't send from India to India anymore.
