The tracking list not in my name

The seller asking to release the payment. But went i track my parcel it not my name in there. Anybody know about this courrier pacificship express. please help me?

Do nothing until you receive your order. The seller will have to wait at least 21 days for PayPal to release it but regardless you can still open an Item Not Received dispute 180 days from date of payment. You will have to ask the seller about why your name is not on the shipment/package.

A Google search for the courier doesn't seem too promising.

The teacking list is genuine but now they start to blackmail me.
