I bought an iPhone from ebay. I received an email from PayPal "You have authorized a payment to eBay". Nothing show in my purchase history. contacted the merchant he says that there is nothing in their records. Nothing shows in my PayPal statement. But when I click on the transaction ID in the confirmation email, paypal lists the payment as (The temporary authorization was canceled and your payment method wasn't charged.)
I don't know what to do!!
