Hi i tried to buy huawei matebook x pro on ms store online with paypal

but even after few days, ms store said it is pending so i canceled order from ms store

and i found my balance of bank account linked to paypal is lowered 

so i checked my transaction via mail(since i couldn't find any on activity tab)

and it said:

The temporary authorization was canceled and your payment method wasn't charged.

but it was charged and i haven't got any refunds

what's happening here??

Have the same broblem and I can't "Report a problem" because transaction disapiar after the month where I thought it should be canceled but I still do not get my money back.
