I had two separate emails for two payments id not received as they were being held. They now say I can get the money by clicking on the link, however the link does not work? Please can someone help! Thank you 🙂
Same here. Customer service said they are experiencing issues with links not working. All they could offer me was to submit my account into the investigation, but they don't know how long it will take to see the deposit. Not a good first impression for a first time user. I won't be using PayPal again, if and when I ever see my payment
it’s really annoying because it said if i don’t claim my money it will be returned and the person already has their parcel as it just said ive recieved a payment. they need to fix it fast because i don’t want to loose out on my money. i’m glad i’m not the only one!
