The issue of Banggood's refund, please help me.

I and Banggood agreed and they accepted my refund through my PayPal account on September 3, 2019. The value of the refund is 699.16 VND (Vietnam dong). But today I received a notification from my PayPal, I don't know how to describe it so I'll send you an image. I checked my PayPal account, I didn't see any extra money and I contacted Banggood and they also told me they had refunded. But when I check the transaction history, I can only add USD 0.03 and the fee is USD 0.03 so I cannot add any USD 1. Please help me.

If you DIDN'T fund your initial payment from your Paypal balance but funded it from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
