Technical Difficulties When Trying to Confirm Order Status

Hi, I'm trying to confirm the status of a transaction as confirmed, it's a digital option so i'm just confirming it delivered. Once I enter the date and click submit it just says 

 

We're experiencing technical difficulties

We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Does anyone know what this about and how to fix it? Thanks.
