Hello, at one time I could take a tithing contribution over the phone from our church members. Now when I attempt to do so it walks me into signing into our account & has given me the prompt that I can't send money to myself.
I don't want to send money to myself. I want to collect tithes (as I once have been able to do) from church members. Can someone help me with this issue please?
