Taken to Summary every time I try to pay

Hi all.  Whenever trying to make an online purchase with any browser or any site when I go to purchase screen I'm redirected to summary page. not sure what's happening just want to purchase online game but seem to be redirected every time I login.

I am sorry to hear that you cannot complete a purchase. From what you mentioned, it sounds like you may be facing a technical issue. If changing the browser did not help, I would recommend trying to clear your cache and cookies, to delete your browser history and to wait for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This should help you solve the issue!

I tried it on 2 different browsers, plus my mobile.
