I receive a message, "Sorry, your preferred funding method isn’t available. Please choose different one." I have 3 different bank accounts in there, and none are available?

If you only have a bank account then it would go as an echeque so add a card and either use the card to fund the payment OR use your bank account and as long as you have a confirmed card linked the payment would be credited to the seller instantly.
