Switching payment method?

I recently added a new credit card to make a payment. I'm fairly certain I made that my preferred payment method. But it looks like the amount was charged to my bank account not the credit card I added. Is there a way to switch the payment that got charged?

Not able to switch payment method post payment from your side so must request a refund from recipient and then resend payment.
