Hello, I recently canceled a direct payment, so it showing as an in active merchant. How do I change that back to active so the payments can go through

It sounds like your subscription with a merchant was cancelled. If you wish to keep making your payments, you should visit your merchant’s website and sign up for a new subscription. I had the same problem. To solve this, I had to exclude the payment method on the account site where I was having problems, and add the payment method another time.
