Swagbucks payment pending

I receiveEd an email from PayPal saying I need to give them some more information to receive the payments. It says log in to your account, go to overview then click on MORE and click on GO TO RESOLUTION CENTER and provide the missing information. But when i got to resolution center there is nothing to provide information on. How can I receive the swagbucks payment?
