Suspicious transaction - need to send money in a hurry

I sent some money to my daughter to pay an apartment deposit fee for me, it is very time sensitive

I got a test message saying it was suspicious, and to answer Yes or No.    I tried Yes,but was told the request was expired. 

In paypal it shows the transaction as Money Sent.

Will there be any delay on this????
