So I just bought something on Etsy, and I'm suspicious of the fact that payment was converted to Euros instead of USD... The location of the seller is in California so it caught my eye that the transaction went through in Euros... Is there any way (other than reaching out and trusting the seller) that I can confirm the legitimacy of the sale? Or possibly put a hold on payment until the seller somehow confirms?
Or do I have to wait until it shows up (or doesnt) ? Am I protected against fraud for a purchase on Etsy?
Any thoughts?
