I requested refunds for 2 purchases I made. I never received them so I contacted them and they told me that both refunds have been sent to PayPal. I can't find a way of contacting PayPal to ask them, the links I found were for goods not delivered or not as ordered, neither which is right.
Can anyone help with contact details?
I'd rather speak to an agent.
Thank you all

If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Ok thanks. That is what I thought but the 2 transactions are not marked refunded so I think I'm going to have to contact supplier again. I have dealt with them before without any problem so let's see what happens.
