Suddenly unable to make a payment on eBay

Hi,

I'm from India and, until yesterday, I was always able to pay for my eBay purchases with my PayPal account. Since this morning, I find that each time I try and pay, I get a "Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:" message. I have logged in an out, relinked my cards and there seems to be no change. There is no information as to why this happens and what I can do to fix it. Please help.

In general, there may be multiple reasons why you cannot make a purchase. For example, your funding source may not be active and in that case, please reach out to the issued of the funding source that you chose. Otherwise, it may be that your account has been limited and in that case, simply complete the steps in your Resolution Centre to resolve the issue. Also, it may be that our system is preventing you from making a payment for security reasons. In this case, we would not be able to manually change the security settings, but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!

My inability to make a payment has nothing to do with PayPal, but because my bank is not allowing it. Alas!
