Two scenarios that can arise when a subscription gets suspended (usually due to expired/cancelled credit card):
1. Customer tells us they want to cancel the subscription. We can, but the Outstanding Balance remains. How can we write it off?
2. Customer is locked out of PayPal for some reason so make a one-off payment outside of PayPal to clear the outstanding balance. They still want the subscription reactivated for future payments. How can we write off the oustanding amount on PayPal (paid in cash) but continue the subscription?
Thanks in advance.
