Subscription payments failed: "We couldn't process your recurring payment"

All of my recurring subscription payments are failing, and for each one I have received an email stating that "We cannot process the following recurring payment.  We will try again in five days." 

There is no information about why payment failed in the email, and I can't find anything inside of my paypal account either.  All of the subscription statuses for all of my clients still say Active, but there have been no payments that should have hit by now. 

 

Is anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions of what to do?

Me too. It started this week. PP isn't responsive. Don't know whom to ask for help?
