Subscription Payments - Dont used PayPal funds

HI,

My paypal accounts accepts payments daily so I always have a balance.

I have several subscriptions also. I don't want these to be paid from my balance however (for accountancy reasons).

Is nit possible to force subscriptions to charge credit card and not use paypal balance?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

You need to add an alternate payment method to your PayPal account before you change or remove your subscription's funding source.

First, you need to change your current payment method:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Settings  icon next to "Log out."
3. Click the Payments tab.
4. Click Manage automatic payments.
5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to change.
6. Click the pencil beside the 'Payment method.'
7. Select an alternate payment method and click Save.

Here's how to remove a credit card from your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Wallet near the top of the page.
3. Click the card you want to change.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click Remove Card.
6. Click Remove.

Tips:

• If you remove your credit card from your account, without first changing your current payment method, your subscription will be canceled.
• If you cancel your subscription, all future scheduled payments will be canceled.
• Canceled subscriptions cannot be reactivated.
