Stuck on the screen with just a lock icon after checkout

I've been trying to add PayPal as a payment method to my Discord Account, but after I enter my login credentials and select the card, the website has a window with just a lock icon and it gets stuck there. I have tried doing this on multiple browsers (Chrome, Opera GX and Safari), and also tried it on my phone, but the problem persists. Here are some of the screenshots of the same:

There is an integration process from Discord to PayPal. Please reach out to Discord, or if you have a web developer, they may be able to assist you in the integration.

I have the same issue and when I contacted discord, they asked to contact PayPal.
What am i supposed to do in this situation?
