Is there anone working at PayPal and if there is , how in the &% do you get to talk to one. I have a pending payment for a company who have chanaged the delivery date from last week to mid January and will not cancel the order. Since nothing will be sent until the payment is made, I just want to cancel the payment. If I cannot, I will probably cancel my Paypal account. Any suggestions?
