Stop automated payments coming out of my account

Please help me. How do I stop a payment that has auto renew set to on? I did not request this to be an automated payment. Please assist me.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
