I have an eBay customer that has claimed fraudulently that the item was not as ordered. The customer asked for a return because they ordered the wrong item. They then went to their credit card and lied that the item was not as ordered. PayPal is not helping in any way. I am out of the item and the money PayPal took away from me. How is this possible? This customer has stolen this item from me with the help of PayPal. What can I do to fix this?
