Stimulus check

I deposited my stimulus check to my PayPal account and it just keeps saying transaction pending

its been stuck on the we are reviewing your transaction for over 2 hours now while my summery says pending..and i chose the in minutes option.

Does it have to be during customer service hours for them to approve my check or can I upload my check at anytime
