I paid for some goods from sports direct, partial payment from PayPal balance, partial payment from my bank card. The order was cancelled on 04th Sept by Sports Direct. I received the card payment amount 3/4 days later back to my bank account but still haven’t received the PayPal amount I paid.... in my account it still says “pending transaction”, I can’t cancel it on my account or get an answer from Sports Direct. Anyone experienced this ? What did you do to resolve it and get your money back ?
