Still don't get my refund in my bank acoount

Hello Everyone, 

I paid a seller 1 month ago. And he refund the payment next day. But now its showing cancel. When I called PayPal for this issue and they said contact with seller directly. But I am unable to contact with this person. Already mail 6-7 times and minimum 50+ times ph calls. But still don't get any response from his end. 

The amount is :- $850
