Steam payment problem

I Bought 5 Euro for steam funds with Paypal Balance on :
Purchased: May 6 @ 8:42am
Payment Method: PayPal

Now when I try to again, there is no option for *Paypal balance*, only card
Please add the Paypal balance method because I cant buy Funds for steam.
I try'ed all methods, and I also try'ed using different browsers with no luck.

For higher risk transactions ie virtual / digital ones paypal sometimes only offer you the card option as it lowers risks to them.
