I don't know if anyone else is facing this problem.
Basically, my Paypal account was made with Korean address.
However, Steam does not support wallet recharge with paypal unless the billing address is set to USA.
When I use a VPN and locate myself to be in USA, Steam tells me that the Paypal address and the billing address does not match and kicks me away 😞
Is there any solution to this problem?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
