Hello everyone. I am engaged in translating texts remotely, I am looking for customers myself, not through freelance exchanges, we work directly. The customer transferred the payment, the status is "money received - not completed." The customer’s money was withdrawn, I didn’t receive what to do in this situation? Support is silent, I don’t have any “confirm” buttons in the payment.

Sounds like an echeque, is there a clearance date?

Hi Vivv122,
Just to add to what Kernowlass has advised, an echeque is like an normal cheque just an online version. Just like a normal cheque we must wait for it to clear before the funds can be added.
