I created a squarespace account and thought I had linked my paypal business account to my site but when paypal auto filled my information it actually connected to my personal paypal account. I had three orders come in before I realized the mistake that all paid via paypal. The funds are showing as paid on my squarespace account but nothing is pending in my personal account.
I am trying to figure out a way to re-process these transactions via the correct paypal. Is there a way to do this?
I have reached out to squarespace and gotten zero help, they directed me to contact paypal since they do not handing payment processing of any type. Paypal is nearly impossible to get ahold of so hoping someone here may have some direction for me.
