SO frustrated with the non-existent support for PayPal outside of the US. I'm in UK, PayPal have **bleep** up an eBay refund, tried to take the money from the wrong source (despite my settings clearly stating payment method) and I have incurred a bank charge of £10 as well as having the refund returned unpaid. So I have an unhappy customer awaiting a refund I'm more than happy to make, but PP simply do not respond on the message centre. I leave a detailed message and I get a response some time later saying that I should given them more information and someone will look into it. But no-one does. Awful customer service. Ideas please?
