I booked my flights through PayPal for Southwest. The invoice came up saying “Uni Air Travel ending in ****” those last four are not my card number. I just cancelled my flight and got a refund. Will my refund go to my account? I am worried my refund is going to no mans land.
Has there been any resolution to this? I have $400 due from Southwest and they're telling me it takes longer to get the refund through PayPal. I'm not sure why but I want my money.
