Hi, I want to add PayPal as a payment method in Facebook Advertising account. Whenever I try to add my account, it says

"Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

Please help me!

Happened to me... leave your account alone for about 5 hours and try again once the security system has calmed its jittering hands.

Welcome to our Community!

This could be a temporary issue, that should be resolved quite soon. It could also indicate a billing agreement is in place already. Please check your settings, depending on if you have a business account or personal account you will find an option to manage pre-approved payments in the My Money or Payments section. here you can locate if there is a billing agreement in place already. You sometimes need to have a funding source selected, so make sure you have a valid card registered to your PayPal account.

I did all the points you mentioned, and I am still finding the same issue popping out everytime I try to add paypal as a payment on facebook.

What it would be the problem then?
