hey guys I contacted both facebook and paypal none of them provided any help. My paypal is fully verified with credits cards email, id and phone number. Why is no body willing to help?????

I am sorry to hear we were unable to assist you with this issue. When you called, were you advised of any error messages that were noted on the account activity at the time you were trying to set up the pre-approved payment?
