I am sorry to know that you're unable to process the payment. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. In this case, the payment may be processed again after a couple of hours by clearing the cache and cookies or by using different browsers. If that doesn't help, they will have to reach out to our customer support team by clicking on contact at the bottom of the page for further assistance.
