In general, there may be multiple reasons why our system is preventing you from completing a payment. For example, it may be that you do not have available funds or that your account has been limited. In that case, simply login to your Resolution Centre and complete the steps. Otherwise, it may be that the payment is being prevented for security reasons.

In that case, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
