When sending a payment gives this error:

already a few days, please for help.

what funding source are you using?
what back up funding sources do you have linked?
are all your funding sources verified?
are you trying to use funds in your paypal balance?
if so are they in the correct currency?
is this a new problem or have you sent funds before?
do you have any paypal limitations?
have you verified your paypal email address?
is it an international transaction?
does the receiver have a verified paypal account?
