I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues using the payment method you'd like to use. If you're running into this error, I'd first recommend making sure that you're entering in all of your card information correctly. I know it seems simple, but sometimes these issues are caused by a minor typo. If everything is entered in correctly, this error normally means there's some issue with the card at your financial institution. I'd recommend reaching out to them to investigate the issue further.
