So I've made purchases with this account before and we just got some money sent in via donation to our community PayPal. All of a sudden, I can't make purchases for a new website. I'm consistently getting an error as stated in the title. One of the community members put the option that they were paying for a service which I think then classified us as a seller. So now the money is being withheld. We already refunded that transaction, and we have had them input a new donation to the unit but still we can't do anything. Please help! Chat just tells me I'm talking to the wrong people...
