So for some reason since yesterday I've been getting the error:

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.
whenever I try to purchase something through paypal from a website. Websites I used to use with paypal don't work anymore and now it seems like everywhere I go I can't use paypal because I'll just get that error message.
