So yesterday I bought a gift card through cardscodes.com and I used my credit card I linked to my paypal account. After I had it delivered I proceeded on to buying another one, right after the first one. But it wouldn't let me, it either simply said that my credit card, which I previously used, couldn't be accepted or show this message: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant." I then tried closing the account and signing up again, I tried 3 different cards but nothing seems have worked... Why is paypal not letting me pay with a credit card I used without a problem?
