ive done everything i can do at the moment trying to figure out how i can fix this its been around 3 days im using my paypal balance but it doesnt seem to work no matter where i try it

Are the funds in your paypal balance in the same currency as the person you are trying to pay?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
What back up funding sources do you have linked to your paypal account?
