I keep getting this message when i try to withdraw.

I don't get it.

I linked the card, unlink the card and link it again, and every time they took the money (the transaction fee) from the account and putt it back again.

So it works, and to top that again it said ready to use... For who? For me it's not working.

If they need some approvals, require more time to process the transactions(there are too many ...etc), or the card is the problem or anything, they should say. Not closing the door and that's it. Keep ring it, we will answer some time in the future, don't know when or if ever.

The message is vague, it doesn't say what's the problem, to identify and search for a solution, is like: twilight zone.
