Someone cant transfer to me.

Hello,

I have passed on both my email and Pay Pal me link to a friend to send me money.

They have tried both and unable to send with error message stating "we're sorry. we weren't able to complete your payment right now. Please try again later."

They are currently in New Zealand would this effect anything?

Well that would equally depend on what country you are in as you have not put it on your profile or said.

It would also depend on the currency they are sending and how they are funding it.

I am from Australia and they are also from Australia so currency AUD- They are currently away in New Zealand but I believe they would be registered with pay pal as living in Australia.
