Hey I had money sent to me but when it was sent it said it was sent to Javiar Sandoval and it didn't show to my account what do I do so I can recover that money
Find out what email address money was sent to. That is the email address the money is associated with. Check with the sender and have them click on the transaction to see what email address it was sent to. Also if the transaction is showing "completed" and it was sent to a different email address, then the sender will have to contact recipient and ask for a refund. If the transaction is showing Pending/Unclaimed and no Cancel button then the money will be returned after 30 days unclaimed. And sender will have to send you another payment to your PayPal email address.
