Hi , I purchased 2 items off an eBay seller recently . I payed full shipping for 2 items twice and the seller agreed to refund me €17 as he didn’t set up a combined shipping option on his listing . The seller did as promised refund the €17 but in my Paypal it shows £6.02 Sterling . It should of been about £15! Where / what has happened to the remaining £9 ?? I never purchased anything after , or have any standing orders . Can someone bring any light ? Much appreciated
