So I have a problem. I want to sell on eBay I set up everything and some people buy it but a lot of people message me saying they can’t buy it because when they buy it they get instantly refunded. My question is why some people can buy my stuff and it works and why other people buy and they get instantly refunded and how can I fix it if it’s fixable.
