Hi, I processed a refund for a customer through my Shopify store that was purchased through Paypal/Ebay. It's been 2 days since I processed the refund via Shopify and the customer has not received the refund and the refund is not appearing in my transactions on Paypal. Does this mean the refund didnt go through? I understand it might take a few days to go into the customers account but it should atleast show in my Paypal transactions right? Just want to know before I try process the refund through Paypal.
